Great location near popular attractions. Comfortable and clean room with good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the included breakfast. a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything was superb, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with decorations for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the historical center of Prague, with everything in walking distance. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel provided l'Occitane toiletries, which we loved. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

During our stay at Hotel Golden Key, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. We particularly appreciated the assistance of Petra, the reservations manager, who helped us with our reservations and airport transport. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing us to explore Prague easily. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend Hotel Golden Key to others.

We had a very welcoming stay with friendly staff, pleasant ambience, and a perfect quiet location. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, including delicious freshly baked goods. We enjoyed a beautiful morning walk at the castle.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an amazing stay at this place for 3 days. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Castle and a 15-minute walk from the center. The staff was always polite and helpful, especially Michelle at the reception, who deserves a promotion for her exceptional service. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of delicious options.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with the best night's sleep I've had in any hotel. The breakfast, although the same each day, was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and always ready to offer recommendations for things to do. The location in the castle area to the west of river Valtava was perfect, being very close to the center of this city.

The hotel is located in a quieter area of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the famous Charles Bridge. It is also conveniently close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with spacious layouts and comfortable beds. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff members like Petra providing excellent assistance. The breakfast selection is extensive and satisfying.

Some rooms may not have air conditioning, which can be a drawback during hotter months.

The room was spacious and faced a lively street, providing a great view. the bathroom was well, appointed and had premium toiletries. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent. the ancient building added charm to the overall experience. the steps, although irregular, added character.

The hotel is located uphill from the metro, which can be a bit of a walk. the rooms were quite loud, and noise from outside could be heard early in the morning.
